Review: Northern Twilight

Northern Twilight Northern Twilight by Samantha Young
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Final score - 4.5 Stars

I can't believe that Lewis and Callie story devolved into a second chance romance, especially because of the way it happened.  I was so frustrated and angry over what happened.  The fact that someone else had to point out where it all went wrong?  Understandable because I still don't Callie would have seen it.  My poor girl seriously needs some time with a psychologist.  She's got wounds that have never really healed.  And Lewis, my boy, I felt your heartbreak and pain.  I was fully #TeamLewis on this one.

Speaking of Lewis, grown up Lewis Adair?  My new form of crack.  Oh lord - he is a specimen that is to behold.  Wooeee!!!

I would have loved to have read more of an epilouge. The way it ended just felt off to me, otherwise this would have been another home run for me.

Please excuse my lateness in posting this review, but I couldn't formulate words right away after my listen/read and I had to read the book over again. This book ya'll, is by far the best book of the series.  I'm still shook after reading and listening.

If you do anything, RUN don't walk on release day and get the ebook and audiobook. I swear you will not be disappointed.
