I love revisiting Nikki and Damien, especially since we read them. They were going thru a rough patch - their precious baby girl had been kidnapped, Nikki fell victim to her demons and cut, and Damien (self proclaimed King of the World) was powerless to help. Since then, Nikki has been fearful and sticking close to the girls & home. Damien, seeing his wife's suffering, decides that he needs to take back control - as only Damien Stark can do - but in the best way possible. He quickly arranges a getaway trip to Paris - both business and pleasure trip - pushes Nikki past all her boundaries, even some of Damien's as well. It was just what was needed to set their world back to order.
A perfect taste of Damien, Nikki and some kinkiness to take me away for an afternoon ... or two or three.
